Crazy enough to literally look at a human and think of "He is my work in physical form" and just teach him how to continue his legacy, but in a very mental and not skill form. Like maybe Hwei was already insanely skilled so he didn't need anyone to teach him how to draw, but rather what to draw, so in a maniacal Joker-Harley type of way maybe Jhin saw it that he needed to break him and push him into this despair as a mentor so that Hwei can become something like himself. So in that way Hwei also becomes art from Jhin

Hwei most likely has 3 forms of abilities(skillshot, aoe radial and aoe line) and 3 types of abilities(support, damage and cc). Ultimate appears to also have some kind of recast system(notice that he expends mana right during the animation when the ult already landed on jhin)

for those who don't know Jhin and Hwei originated in Ionia, Hwei found jhin and an artist temple where they bonded over art. Jhin decided his art would be better if painted by a gun and shot up the temple traumatizing Hwei ( and betraying him in that sense ) since then Hwei is expressing his sorrow and pain from the event ( jhin shooting up the temple ) and expresses it through art.

I really like the idea and concept of this one; let's see how his abilities are. It appears that he has a variety of spells based on how he uses his abilities. I'd like to have something similar to Aphelios in that regard, but with a bit more complexity. Once you grasp Aphelios, you constantly play him down the same way. It's enjoyable, and you have a lot of tools to play with, but it becomes monotonous.
