Just thought of this so it might be dumb, but it would be cool if they could make a random mode where players crossing the line close together got the same random car. Probably time intervals, so if 3 ppl cross the line within 2 seconds of each other, they all get the same car. It would increase chances of close competitive racing between laps, while still keeping the race as a whole random. Might be easier to make the lap checkpoint continuously alternate between a random car list. Like every 5 seconds it changes, creating a similar effect to the proximity thing.

I'd still say a lot of tracks like this are Russian Roulette because of the proximity of T1 to the car changeover point. Maybe a couple hundred meters back down the straight and you could more easily process your new vehicle and realise where you actually have to stop for T1.

That is actually the point of the race, t1 makes it more entertaining to watch; the russian roulette bit is the bridges being finicky and that's about it

Literally none of those timestamps are unsafe re-entries. Look at the map (as I was doing at each of them) - they're the actions that got me out of the way of everyone else coming towards me.

@@broughy1322 In my opinion, these re-entries would have resulted in crashes, had there been any cars to crash into. Either the drivers dodged, or you got lucky. Anyhow, the purpose of these timestamps will be to bring your attention to your reentries, and then you and anyone who sees these comments will decide for themselves.

its the quickest accelerating offroad car for sure but probably not the fastest. depending on the track and enviroment the flast GT would proably trump the savannah

The respawn checkpoint for under the bridge lodges the car inside the bridge and the car can't seperate the car from the prop

you do not need to dead stop if the person you're waiting for is not recovering from a dead stop, quit nit-picking

@@chompette_ That's the whole purpose, you take someone out and you wait. That's the penalty, it's to punish(loose a few positions) you without being sin binned. Keep moving at a slower pace till they pass, as I said is lazy, every other player stopped and waited.

@@growlusnotneeded3251 the rule of thumb is copy the car you wait for. if they have to get moving from standstill again, respawn, wait for a gap eg... you stop; if they get moving quickly you can crawl until they pass
