Yea honestly I don't like how insanely sweaty both the races and GFRED's have become, especially over the last like year, year and a half. Plus I get tired of seeing the same 4 names in first nearly every single video tbh :/ It's gotten kind of stale. Like we get it, you're good at GTA... yawn. lol

We used to joke that nothing interesting happened during the running section, that's why we created the Dad Jokes. But now the whole Gfred became the running section and the Dad Jokes became the crashes/ending... I'll either scroll past the whole video or check the comments for just the crashes, or I'll just play it in the background while I do something else and if Broughy screams I alt+tab or ctrl+PgDn. Everything has it's time, even if it was once (and maybe still is) perfect, it's just past it's time. Star Wars, Tron, GTA V, even our personal lives. Sometimes we can just look back and smile.

Patience at the start, I think, would have made the difference for you. In a crowd, getting anything and getting away is important, but with the lead you had in the run, you had time to be choosy and you could’ve gotten the Argento. Hindsight’s 20/20. You drove well and it was fun to watch.

for more clarification of the traffic theme, I've taken cars from _GTA3, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, and GTA Advance_ and either found cars that share the exact same name, or looks similar to others, hence why you'll might see cars that "technically" weren't in 3D Universe, i.e. the Coquette Phobos was for Phobos VT. I'd say 80% of cars in traffic share the same name as 3D Universe cars i guess when i eventually do the HD universe cars (IV, TBoGT, TLaD) I'll probably just use cars that match the name exactly

I would be interested to see a traffic pattern picked out purely on making a „balanced field“ of cars. So some SUVs for example that have a slower top speed but will be better up Chiliad mixed with for example some rwd sports cars that have opposite qualities. Picking out cars like that could either create a very interesting race with close competition, or the opposite but I would love to see you try it :)

its very hard to do this given i still dont understand how gta _picks_ cars to spawn. my aim is to make traffic balanced but sometimes there's nothing i can do when something relatively OP spawns (Argento)

@@DiNmiTe Thanks for replying DiNmiTe and yeah I understand that. The traffic in GTAV is a mystery and I know that myself. I was thinking just of making the full pool of cars based on equal pace. So to say that there aren’t any real OP cars. But I get that also even just picking out was is balanced would be a challenge. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this though, I really just have to respect the dedication you put into this :)

GFRED SUMMARY SERIES Gfred #281: G-PHred - Into the 3D Verse . . . . SPOILER ALERT After a nice race in Lost Slamvan, which seems to be lag-ridden, it’s time for Gfred. And he chose to do Gfred early before he can decide whether there’s enough time for another race after that. All so he can finish the Stream early and watch F1. And he chose to start in the Panto Racecar. Now Broughy got hiccups too. And the Pins are flying off the Shelves now. He asked Zearxy helping him with massage whilst saying that there’s no Tricks ever work, and he tried all of them. And he’s gullible enough to emulate a hungry monkey. Maybe Taking Breath and have a Drink work? Seems like Jimmy Neutron was right all along with the Hiccups. Then one poor bloke spawned in the Water, so Broughy just start the race so the poor guy can respawn. No surprise, the start is an absolute carnage, but somehow, he managed to get out completely unscathed safely into the water, with a good launch to boot. And for the first time in forever, he’s in the Lead during the Swim. Meltered said “Jinx engaged” It can only go downhill from here. At least he doesn’t need to worry abut the Swim in PH. Not losing out to the Scuba Suit Folks. And he’s quick on the Stairs too. And he made a sizeable gap too. This is new. Never happened on Gfred, Vanilla or PH. Cataleast said “C'mon, mountain lion! Now's your time to shine! C’MON, KITTY! YOU CAN DO IT” He told the Cougar to leave him alone, but the Cougar is still on the chase, at least he’s faster. Now he mentions the Theme, to which the Run Skippers won’t now, and it would be 3D Universe vehicles. Hopefully there would be more variations in the traffic thanks to the little trick Dinmite has found. And it’s perfectly timed as he’s starting his GTA 3 Playthrough. He failed to stop a Deviant, but he got himself a Coquette Phobos. And he hit a Washington trying to dodge people and cars. His first place wouldn’t last long after all. He thought Phobos is a complete mod, it’s actually from LCS. And yes, QRT’s Argento is also from LCS. Keeping up with it in the Quarry is difficult though. But he could drive better if QRT kept messing like around the Dumps. When people said Mafia 3 and LA Noire though, those are the Models… not exactly the Name. Wrkyle donated 200 Dollars, “Can’t have this. Distraction countermeasures deployed!” And he yes, he was distracted quite a bit. At least it happened in the Straight where he can afford it. The Argento still drives away though. XDW said “Stop and thank him” And he only knows III and VC well enough. Boxx said “THATS 2 AND A HALF OPRESSOR MK2s” Phobos is still pretty quick. So, he won’t going to complain. He tried to ask if Argento is AWD, but he did drive one before. Maybe he should take one as he passed two in the Airport Interchange. But he still needs to keep his Momentum going. But turns out QRT failed the Airport Jump and had to try again, giving Broughy the Lead. Until he’s stuck between an Armco and a Merit. He’s executing the Checkpoints better than QRT did. Argento’s still pretty fast on the straights, and now he’s conflicted whether he should take one or not. As Phobos did him so well so far. He wanted to keep the momentum going and stay in the lead. He spotted a Jester (which he thinks is banned), and a banned Voltic. He now stuck with the Phobos since no more Argento spawned. But we get even more varities with Flash, Sabre and… Comet SR? In the end, his decision is to not change anything into the Elevator. Wrkyle donated 50 again “Hey, look over here” Stop distracting Broughy! He’s trying to do well! And an Anonymous Gifting 3 Gift Subs, and another Tier 3 Gift Sub. He ignored several Huntley Ss, though its OTl is 0,9, so… He put his faith in the Phobos since he loved it ever since it’s in PH year ago. He chose Elevator since this RWD Muscle is safer there. And he reached the summit right in front of… QRT and his Argento again. And he had to kill some Hikers after that. But then Karma struck and he hit a rock. Now he lost momentum and Yeetacus’s Argento is close too. He tried to excuse that pushing him is a win win. But Yeetacus overtook him anyway. It’s definitely a better car both on Highway and Chiliad. But now he got bullied by Three Argentos as Fire Down joined in. At least the Top Four is a lot closer together. He lands off the Checkpoint very beautifully at least. This Phobos may not have the Performance, but it’s more enjoyable to drive. To start the descent, he had to narrowly dodged Verdilith in yet another Argento. But hm… considering that he did trash the Argento before, perhaps all Obeys are cursed. Wrkyle made another 50 Dollars Donation with some random IBM Selectric Typewriter. So, he thinks he’s driving a pretty decent Gfred, and he only lost due to Car Performance. And he’s still within the shout close to Yeetacus. He had to wait for Arnhem’s Sandking and Gaf’s Jester. Now it gave QRT a huge gap. And yet, Phobos ride the rails better. He tried to outran him into the River Bridge, but it’s not enough, he hit a rock, and wrecked himself, with a harsh rear hit too on top. Now he’s quite away from Top 5. There’s a good variety of cars, too bad that Argento is the only OP car around. He did an Elk Leap Skip while Les Gourmands did the Carbonazi Sound. Then the Bush rolled him over at the Arthur’s Trails. Though QRT somehow lost time, so now 7 people are fighting for the lead. One of the closest Gfred he's ever seen. He’s not in that fight anymore unfortunately. It’s his own fault for not being patient. Should have swapped to the Argento early. He drove very well until he made that foolish mistake. All it takes is one moment like that and the race is ruined. Phobos still did him very well. He doubts that everybody in front will choke, even two or three isn’t enough. And RBS overtook him in yet another Argento. Wrkyle donated “Midpack? I’m not donating more than 2 for “This” kind of performance” That’s how it goes sometimes, he supposes. At least he got his first Run to the Freeway Win in a long time. Now on Hail Mary, he’s flailing and rolling in the air before being able to deploy the Parachute. He really regretted his mistakes. He enjoyed driving Phobos too much. And Fire Down took the Win in the end. But with some people running… but he also stuck running, he ended up being 6th, missing Top Five by 2 Seconds… against QRT AGAIN! That was an intense and really good Gfred. It’s been a long time since Gfred has gone that close. Seven or 8 people together for the Win. If only he’s more efficient with the Phobos, or swap into the Argento. There might be a chance for a Win. That’s how it goes, When people are so close, one little mistake will ruin everything. And you lost like Five Positions. Stince said “Shoulda.woulda.coulda.Fred” But he still had some nice moments in the Phobos. If only he could capitalize on that good start. He applauds Dinmite for the traffic, and it worked, though just ban the Argento for balancing purposes. Keep the 3D theme for a while. Alfa Jorero said “You won in my heart” Askorbini subbed “One could say that you Coq'ed it up” Meanwhile, Lok and RBS got 2nd and 3rd. Verdilith and Yeecatus have 7th and 8th. Everyone said “It was me 😊” with the Anonymous. Thankfully Broughy didn’t read that IBM Donation though. The Distractions failed and he doesn’t even need Donations to fail. Lok said “We had a 3-way parachute battle, I have a clip if you'd like to see” So the better he did, the more money for distraction to make him worse. Lok said “tried to cheese some extra speed at the end but paid for it. QRT is right underneath Lok. It was so close, it was a great Gfred, he wished he was in this battle. Good first Gfred for the Season 2. Sadly, Lok dived too much and having to run in the end. What a Gfred in the end. He tried to center the Chat for the PH Layout. Phil said “Find a brighter background for us”

I wish I would encounter more people with Broughy's driver skills in plain GTA online PC sessions. Would be a nice change from the regular rear-ending and mod abusing children you just can't seem to avoid these days.

Logically even if you had got past him on the railway track, they would of overtaken you on the road. It wouldn't of made a difference, it's the car, not you. But a great race all around.

Should the train tracks rule just be changed so that people coming back always have the right of way? No reason why the top 5 should wait for 26th place because they made it to the bridge 1 second before them.
