It is the common voice of the indigenous Meiteis irrespective of Political differences that the Meiteis never discriminated the Zo-Kuki communities but demanding to maintain and save the integrity of Manipur protecting the indigenous Meities for a peaceful coexistence of all communities without any disturbance and threats from the illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951. We are not to confuse the two types of Zo-Kukis: 1 . Indian citizen Zo-Kukis 2. Illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis coming to Manipur after 1951. Indian Citizen Zo-Kukis and Illegal immigrant Zo-Kukis : these are not to be confused. It should be understood correctly in our mind. Zo-Kukis communities under the Umbrella Zo-Kuki are trying to consolidate Manipur indigenous tribes. These innocent helpless small tribes with the exception of a few tribes willingly or forcibly Joined the Zo-Kukis. It is the highest need of the hour for the Government of India and the Government of Manipur fully realize that Meiteis are the most endangered community to be protected among some of the endangered communities who are struggling for survival to avoid extinction from our own mother land Manipur. The immigrant Zo-Kukis and others are the Serious threats and disturbances to the indigenous Meiteis. Meiteis ,Tangkhul ,Mao,Maram, Anal,Maring, Aimol, Chiru,Chothe, Gangte, Inpui, Hmar,Kharam,Khoibu Koirao Kom,Lamkang Liangmai, Mate, Monsang , Moyon Paite ,Poumai,Purum,Ralte,Rongmei (Kabui) , Simte, Suhte, Tarao, Thadou,Thangal ,Vaiphei, Zeme, Zou . etc. - are very much needed to be protected on the priority by the Government of India and Manipur considering all aspects of the history, culture anthropology, political history of British-lndia, lndia under Indian Administration since Indian Independence , 1947and merger of Manipur to the Union of India , 1949. Though there were many arguments whether Manipur was annexed by the Government of India or Manipur was merged to Union of India , the Government of India recognized it as a merger under Merger agreement signed by the then Maharaj Bodhchandra of Manipur with the Government of India. It is highly expected that the Govermnent of India will respect the Integrity of Manipur as a mark of respect to the Integrity of India protecting the indigenous Meitei tribe for a peaceful coexistence of all indigenous tribes without any disturbance and threats from the illegal immigrants. Shame Congress party ----- for playing drama of politics with the issue related to the sentiment of the indigenous Meiteis who are struggling for survival to avoid extinction from our own mother land Manipur. Hadn't Congress party signed "SoO " agreement of Zo-Kuki Militants with Assam Rifles 2005 and 2008 tripartite Agrt of India Govt, Manipur Govt, and Zo-Kuki Militants----------,----- we indigenous Meiteis wouldn't have been in such a stage of extinction . We indigenous Meiteis are now political sufferers. We need clear statement from Congress party without any double standard statements pretending support to respective Zo-Kukis and Meiteis. Normalcy will return in Manipur only when Congress party stop politicizing this issue. Congress party support NRC as demanded by the Indigenous Meitei communities. On the other hand Congress party don’t support NRC as demanded by the Zo-Kuki communities. Logically ,it is a matter of fact and an open secret that Congress party is playing drama at the highest level of inhumane nature. These double standard statements of congress party is one of the main reasons for not ending Manipur Violence. Congress party is expert in elections with many false propaganda blaming the BJP confusing all the indigenous Meiteis. Shame Congress party. Jai Ima Manipur. Jai Hind.

To understand the conflict we need Proper report from different sources, . (1) the vision of immigrant Zo-Kuki to form a separate Kukiland. 2. Meiteis ' long history of more than 3000 years. 3. Meiteis demand is only to protect the integrity of Manipur protecting the indigenous Meiteis for a peaceful coexistence of all communities without any disturbance and threats from the illegal immigrants coming to Manipur after 1951. 4. Meiteis were recorded as Meitei tribal by the British India and Independent India.. British lndia ruled Manipur under certain conditions as a princely State ,kingdom. Whereas almost all the states were ruled under direct administration by the British lndia. Manipur achieved independence ahead of Indian lndependence. Manipur is having it's own constitution. These are available in many important Archives. Though there are many arguments that whether Manipur was annexed by or merged to Indian Union in the year 1949 now it is recognized by the Government of India that Manipur was merged to India under a merger Agreement signed by the then Maharaj Bodhchandra and the Government of India. At least the terms and conditions of the merger agreement of Manipur be honored by the concerned authorities . If well informed brothers and sisters of India ,Manipur and the world empathetically console all Meiteis and Zo-Kuki communities it will be quite appreciable for resolving this miserable situation of threat to life. Taking as an important consideration of all the records of the recognized tribes of the Hill State Manipur by the time of Merger agreement -----' 1949 will be very helpful to resolve the issue of Kukis ' demand of separate Kukiland creating such a serious inhumane crime, violence . Epicenter of Manipur violence erupted on 3rd May 2023 is Zo-Kuki dominated Churachandpur District of Manipur . Manipur govt :--- Destroyed poppy cultivation in thousands of acres of land ( forest lands etc) Started implementation of National Register of Citizens (NRC) based in the year 1961Dec.31st. identifying immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur . Remarks: - (Illegal immigrant Kukis and others are the Serious threats and disturbances to the survival of indigenous Meiteis .we need to understand the differece between Indian Kukis and illegal immigrant Kukis. ). Scrapped the FMR (free movement Regime) of India- Myanmar border. Nearly completed construction of 10 km long border fencing out of 398km long of Manipur portion. Others. Jai Ima Manipur Jai Hind.
