Kinda wish these bits were in the 2011 adaptation,
tho I can see why that boat phase wasn't rlly important in the Exam Arc,
since the story went fine without it. So these scenes are more like bonus stuff for them to keep now.

it only happened in the 1999 anime, they had an extra phase in the Hunter Exam, after Trick Tower and before the Zevil Island [if i remember correctly]
