We have watched all of NWR H×H videos, and while yes, our first comment was a bit of a troll, we do have to agree with you regarding your opening premise. No one really does discuss why there is a need for the "secret" hunter licence requirement of discovering nen. We can't really help you there except to agree. Saying that, if you are interested Aleksander (will correct if need be) does some great psychoanalysis of Togashi's work that may be of interest. Well worth the watch if you are into deep diving the Hunter-verse.
