Tbf it is implied that her parents were exposed to be corrupt way before she started any killing or dark magic involvement in her life, basically she killed for power because of her parents who carelessly took advantage of it. She also likely got bullied for being a fallen noble (those 2 maid girls in the beginning), which would fuel her thirst for power.

Idk if you take video ideas but I have a one!😊😊 It's about a girl named Crystal or whatever and she is always the lead role is school plays/productions. She has a talent for acting and Noone ever knows if she's faking or not. Then someone watches her school play and at the end invites her to become a real actress. Also the plot twist is that she had family problems and always had to put a smile on her face and it turned out she had the talent so that Noone would suspect a thing. But then she comes out with her feelings (or is confronted about it but refuses help) And yeah you can figure out the rest if you want!😊 Hope that you ace your exams!!!❤❤
