If you notice at 0:16, the characters in the op of the anime are represented by each note! Hakari has the elegancy of a lady in which it is intricate Karane being a tsusundere represents the notes going up and down Shizuka being shy and quiet has surprising notes added to it, Nano is pretty similar to Hakari so the representation is still prevalent Ending it all off to Kusuri is just chaotic, thus the notes ending with a big bang!
