Fresh and buffets don’t go along. That food is sitting out and not fresh!!

Ryan Matthew Hi Ryan Thanks for watching my videos! I hear what you’re saying and this is definitely true of most resort buffers but at Hyatt, they regularly checked temperatures and replenished / replaced food so they did do a good job of keeping it as fresh as possible for a buffet. Lots of made-to-order food stations too. Happy holidays!
