I’m not understanding this video? You say absolutely nothing? Why is no one at the pool in July? Did you take the video at the crack of dawn? Is the seaweed seasonal or did you ask if the seaweed was a year round problem ? I was thinking of traveling there next March

Yes this video was done during a morning walk of the property. Later in the day the pool is packed because there was no beach to enjoy. I asked and the seaweed is a year-round problem. There are two Hyatt Ziva. This is the one in Riviera Cancun.

We was there in February 2024. Not the best beach. But this looks very bad. When was this video taken?

Overall, my experience was great! The staff were very attentive and always helpful. They were very attentive, making sure all of our needs were met promptly and with a smile.The food and drinks were decent- while not the best I've had, they were enjoyable, and there was a good variety to choose from. The highlight was definitely the room-spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Despite the beach being a bit of a letdown, I’d still recommend staying here!
