I can't believe how beautiful it is. It's been 5 years, almost 6, this song is like a band-aid for me. Jin put a lot of effort into making this song and we all appreciate the message he gave. When I listened to the song the first time I cried. I entered a stage of depression and even started cutting.... once. I tried to be strong and remember that I have people who care... but it was hard. 1 month later I was considering listening to a BTS song, I had always dismissed it as weird and dumb. So I watched DNA and my world exploded. My friend that same day told me about BTS being extra af in America. I was hooked, I barely slept because I wanted to know everything, (that may sound bad but before this I was crying myself every night and I was very suicidal) I could tell them apart in less then a day. I met a incredible friend on discord who was a BTS stan and knew everything, till this day she is still patient enough to answer all of my questions. Then I realized something, my home life was improving, I wasn't procrastinating on my school work as much and for the first time in a long time I was caught up. I laughed at everything they did I cried at them being 100% real with ARMY and showing how much they truly cared. I felt loved. I felt happy. I felt alive. This group of 7 crackheaded boys, has single handily got rid of my depression improved my life at home and at school. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. You have truly changed my life. This song is beautiful and pure and a god send. I listen to it whenever I feel down. BTS, thank you for changing my life. Fun Fact: When this first came out I was crying in my bathroom because I was attempting to starve myself because of my weight and I was so so hungry. Thanks to Jin my mood brightened and I realized that loving myself was actually possible. I am not there yet and I am still depressed and fat as hell, but I am now actually trying to appreciate myself and that was all because of BTS. Every time I seem to feel miserable and just downright down, they come and brighten up my day somehow. I know you guys aren't going to see this but thank you so much and I purple you along with all the other ARMY's out there. (This is really cringey reading rn)

I'm not satisfied with my body as well. I hate that I'm overweight and so fat that I need to buy clothes that are in large sizes. After I listened to epiphany, I begin to have the motivation to work out by dancing to BTS songs. There are a lot of tutorials to learn those hard dances. And it really helped me to reduce my weight bit by bit. I really recommend you to try out. Also, I reduced the proportion of what I eat every day. Only eating 70% full really helped. Hope that we'll both get to be the ideal self we want to be and keeping loving ourselves.
