He's Japanese, he arrived in Korea 1/2 years ago so he still doesn't know the language well (he danced for Shinee when he was young, idk if he learned some Korean at that time). Even during I-land we can see him having some problems communicating with others and in these episodes we also get to see Sunoo and the others helping him learn. Also Korean fans are saying that he's improving his Korean but has a lot of work to do. (sorry if my English is bad)

For those of u who says that other members are isolating ni-ki that aint true (i've read a lot upon scanning the comments) A lot of engenes already know this but imma say this anyway Please read for those who thinks thay way First Ni-Ki is still 14, he's still growing thats why he keeps on sleeping, Ni-ki doesn't have a big appetite. The members themselves say that Ni-ki doesnt eat much and even encourages him to eat they even said on their V live that engenes should scold ni-ki bc he doesnt eat a lot. Second the yut game Ni-ki still doesnt understand the game bc he's still learning korean but sunoo makes sure he still gets to participate eventhough he dont get it. Third Jay knows japanese He always help Ni-Ki if he doesnt understand korean words you can see it on vlives and other en content. Jay is also the one who cooks in en (acc to jake) and Even Jay is worried for ni-ki asking him if there are foods he doesn't like bc they'll celebrate chuseok and ni-ki said the food he likes w/c made jay relieve Jake is literally the biggest Fan or supporter of Ni-ki. Even jake said it himself ni-ki is shy thats why Jake wants to post videos if ni-ki dancing and says he wants to show off ni-ki more often (twitter) Sunoo and Jungwon (two of the maknae line) are the ones closest to him if y'all know Ni-ki chose jungwon as his most closest hyung bc he feels like they're the same age while sunoo is his most fave hyung (SUNKI) Sunghoon and Heeseung there might not be a lot of content of them interacting but they always complement Ni-ki and they treat him as their dongsaeng. And lastly NI-KI DOESN'T SLEEP ON HIS OWN BED HE SLEEPS WITH THE OTHER MEMBERS. He rotates around the other 6 members but he sleeps with sunoo the most. They even said this on vlives and u can see throughout the enhypen&hi episodes So in conclusion. The members aint isolating ni-ki. I think Ni-ki is still a little bit shy and his Korean is not really perfect now so he didn’t talk a lot but you can see that all the members (hyung) support him so Ni-ik will feel more comfortable. He just need a little bit more time. Remember when Jungkook(BTS) was really shy too but after the time and the love from his members (hyung) he wasn’t really shy anymore and now he is teasing and hitting (as joke) his hyung. ❤️🥺✨💜

I can relate to ENHYPEN when; Jay is so inlove and careful with his shoes. Sunoo's eating a lot and forgot about his diet. Sunghoon's still not in the mood after waking up. Jungwon came home from school and sat down on the sofa immediately. Jake woke up just because it's hot. Heeseung wearing the same clothes over and over again. Niki is still sleeping while everybody is already eating. Enhypen's eating their breakfast at lunch time. Because this is his actual personality like it makes sense he was serious in I land because it was a competition he has to focus on the competition and make sure he debuts now he is not stressed by the competition anymore so he get to be fully himself and show his more bubbly and "childish "/funny side. now that I can get to see his full personality I completely understand why heeseung turned down the leader position , he can be very responsible yes but you can tell he doesn't quite like responsibility and prefer to just help to lead the team in a less demanding less official position so he can just have fun and mess around with his hyungs .

Actually both of you are wrong and right but to be 100% accurate it's 희승 . However people with the name 희승 in my company fairly split on the English romanization of their names. Obviously Belift can't make merchandise with different version of their Romanized names so they picked one and stuck with it. So the best way to correct someone would be; Belift decided to go with Heeseung rather than Heesung.
