I'm not. Here in America blacks are 12% of the population but commit over 50% of all violent crimes. Let that sink in. In addition almost all non Asian crimes committed against Asians are by blacks. These "ballrooms" were founded by Black & Latino queer people as a place for them to feel safe and recognized. While the world hated them for being queer, they could come to these ballrooms and feel like an actual human. They say "cultural rep" because some of the dance that is shown in the MV is from actual ballroom culture, "the duck walk", "the death drop", and so on. (This style of dance is called Vogueing btw) also at the end we can see a lot of gay black men do their some vogueing.
