Catfish Bubblegum didnt get a single hybrid today despite the lake being glass. I usually fish crappie and cats on conroe but ive been wanting to learn hybrids but i have no clue where to find them on conroe other than open water

I use ducktracker slabs and dont have to use any spray When they are hungry they will bite hard

Thanks for posting! what depth were you fishing? I haven't fished hybrids yet but I'm really looking forward to it. do the run all day long or does it take some work to find them? are you anchored off or trolling? thanks!

I was trolling, not anchored, but I don’t remember the depth I was fishing that day. They run all day from what I can tell. Mike Cason is the striper guy...he definitely knows better than I do in that area!
