Saw a challenger running triple tonic and tested it out in training. Gets you 19 skill points, so at level 18, you have 3 maxed abilities and still have a point in 1

Triple tonic is great, I have a hybrid udyr guide where I recommend it as a second rune choice. I think it’s a tempo thing more than anything, but if you like it go for it :)

I don’t believe so! The visual skin only impacts you, so other people just see normal udyr :)
