Starting from the end of M5 Multan Sukkur Motorway, M9 Hyderabad to Karachi, this M6 Motorway Hyderabad Sukkur will be a very nice road under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) initiative, and Relevant departments have to build it under Public Private Partnership (PPP). Starting from Sukkur, the motorway section will have stops at Khairpur, Nowshera Feroze, Nawabshah, Matiari, Hala and Jamshoro. This section will be 296 km long and will end in Hyderabad. The total cost of the entire project is estimated at Rs. 204.38 billion, and the government expects the project to be completed in a period of 33 months as we have mentioned. From Nowshero Feroze, Nawabshah, Matiari, Hala and Jamshoro, Hyderabad will be connected to M-9 Motorway. With the completion of the motorway project, the journey from Sukkur to Hyderabad will take five and a half hours in just two and a half hours while 15 interchanges. Will also be part of the motorway project. Another important thing on this motorway is that 89 bridges will be built here, 89 flyovers means that its journey will feel like an adventure, every once in a while a flyover and service station will be important to make the journey beautiful. A very special feature of this motorway is that Khar Hyderabad Motorway will consist of 6 lines.

M6 was supposed to be started in August 2017 and finished by December 2019. That did not happen. Then M6 was supposed to be started in December 2022 and finished in July 2025. Lot of local political leaders will have millions of dollars in their bank accounts before this project is ever completed. Sindh is now famous as PPP ruled province had famines in Thar District while PPP politicians are enjoying themselves overseas. Sometimes before a project is completed the politicians start celebrating. Some projects actually finished a year after the official "inauguration".
