I travelled both. IRCTC is the best , they give you room to fresh-up you can keep your luggage over there and go for darshanam You will not feel tired as you travel by sleeper coach the process is smooth and less travel time If you travel by bus , you may feel tired

First thing after breakfast you will have darshan at Padmavati temple and after that you will be taken to Tirumala
