সাত‍্যকি বাবু , কে বলেছে আপনাকে Hyderabad এর আগে নাম ছিল , নিজাম ? নিজামউদদিন নামের রাজার নামে নিজামি বিরিয়ানির , কাহিনীটা আপনার মনগড়া। এই নামের রাজা থাকার story এর ঐতাহাসিক সত‍্যতা নেই।ওখানকার রাজা( নিজাম) দের হয়ত এই বিরিয়ানি, favorite ছিল, তাই এইরকম নামকরন হয়ে থাকবে।

Hyderabad is very similar to our Dhaka, Bangladesh. To be Honest, I found the most decent and well behaved as well as educated People are come from actually South India among the entire India. That's why I love them very much although it is very hard to understand their language. Tamil, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Kerela, Karnataka these South Indian people, their food, culture, down to earth nature etc are just great. Hyderabadi briyani also famous in Bangladesh although Dhaka is also famous for It's historic Nababi briyani. All the best Hillol vai for your south India tour. 🇧🇩❤❤ I hope you will also make more video about south Indian culture, i heard about it many of my south indian friends.

Hyderabadi Biryani is made by full Raw uncooked ghost and Half cooked Rice, but Kolkata biryani is made by cooked ghost and full cooked Rice. There are also difference between the spices also

That's called kacchi which is prepared by raw meat and rice..in other biriyani meat is cooked first then gets mixed with the rice like hydrabadi biriyani

Great review, as always. However, Paradise is not the best place to have Hyderabadi biryani. It's over-priced and overrated. They are more into advertising and marketing than the real stuff. You should have tried Bawarchi, Shah Ghouse, Bahar Cafe, for better quality biryani at comparatively lower prices.

Not "ektu jhaal". "Oshombhov jhaal". I sent it back after two spoonfuls. The best chicken biryani I've ever eaten was made by a Bangladeshi acquaintance of my mother's. Apart from this, Arsalan Calcutta's mutton biryani is truly superb. North Indian biryanis are not that good. Too damned spicy.

Paradise হোটেলে শুদু rate টা বেশি। bawarchi নাহলে biryani mahal try করতে পারতেন সবচেয়ে ভালো বিরিয়ানি old city charminar এ পাওয়া যায়। আর ওটা হচ্ছে double ka methha
