So I also have my 140 horsepower tune in spot 11. I thought hey me most things are like 0 to 10, let's turn it up to 11...and that setting is going to give me a good excuse to get a new transmission. Damn I love my Hydra

Stock injectors I’ve found can only take 80 hp tune or maybe 100 and so you get to 3/4 throttle and it’s already making the most power it can. You push the pedal down further and it pulls the same. My truck is fastest on 80hp performance

Are you running stock turbo and trans could be why

Absolutely inhale 2wd and when the roads are wet traction is a big issues . Gott be careful.. spools up in mac hp tune and goes all over the place. Lol its fun

With the upgrades I've done on my 99 f350 7.3 powerstroke it makes it one hell of a sleeper. And I can't help but roal coal when I'm in front or next to a Prius lol

I live on a small ranch 33 miles from the nearest town so most of my driving is on dirt roads and two tack. I haven't really ran the truck hard yet but I'm sure that will change in the near future

@@nick7.398 on a 7.3 you gotta get the 6.0 trans cooler. Helps so much. But yeah I'm sure you can shorten the life of the trans.. if you hot rod it and step on it.. your asking it do much more Then it did stock. But but igt's, and general wear and tear will accelerate any part imo. But it's great for just towing or daily use to use leas fuel too.

How does a stock trans hold up on the race tunes with the hydra tune?

I ran the 4r100.. and ran a 6.0 trans coolers.. never ever once had a issue. Sadly sold the truck. Its still running strong today. I towed hundreds of cars from all over.. the trans cooler helps so much But I didn't dog it out. Because its not a cheap fix. But the hydra made a world of difference too
