17:23 interesting comment - maybe you should have neut and dps same basi, and maybe cap chain would have broken….. Received wisdom is to do what you did (neut a repper and dps victim) - what is your thinking? (I’d expect a buddy to send cap as well as shield so the obvious answer ‘to switch of hardener’ seems an unsafe bet….. but I can tell you’re way, way, waaaay better than me so I’d be interested to know why you made that speculation!

Tracking Disruptor. He's using it to reduce the effective range of the big ship's guns so it can't hurt him.
