Well as a hydraulic mechanic for 13 years I got a bunch of problems with what this guy did you don't oil up the seals you grease them up for two you don't even say what the seals are I would explain them because I'm not going to go back and watch it and tell you what the seals are because that's going to take me a long time didn't test the cylinder with air or hydraulic oil to see if there's any leaks from the welds or from the head where all the seals are which you can put soapy water around the head and around the rod seals to see if it's bubbling I give this guy a d
