Hydraulic Issue With My Kubota B2400

Some one did watch it and I have the same tractor. I dont know how to fix your problem, but i have seen and heard others talk about putting a pressure meter on the pressure zone for the loader and checking to see how much pressure you have. make sure the 3 point lever is not in the up position fully, it will take away pressure from the loader. you can leave it down about a 1/2 inch and it will allow the pump to pump more to the loader. Please post when you fix it because i want to know. Another common problem will be it will start to leak oil on your shop floor from just above where the front driveline meets the transmission or transfer case. If you look above that is a small 1 inch rubber grommet that will get old and crack allowing oil to drip. It is a easy fix and you dont have to split the tractor. I hope you are reading on the Orange tractor website there is a lot of good info on the B2400.

Thanks for the Info! I have fixed it since the video. I rebuilt the pump and it brought my pressures of to 1100psi. So I then replaced the loader control valve completely. This made hydraulics somewhat functional until warm fluid. But didn't change pressures at all. Then replaced all relief springs and factory shims. Didn't change a thing. Then ordered a brand new hydraulic pump and works amazing now. Set relief to 2100 psi per manual and been working great. Only thing now is. Well a few things. Power steering control is leaking at the 4 point cover. Assuming oring but from forums taking this apart is no easy task. Oil pan leaks oil a bit. And this one I'm lost with. If the tractor goes down I'd say 5-10 degree slope or more it chugs out. I can back down anything, climb up anything, but going bucket first it's dies. Replaced fuel filter. Replaced orings in housing. Blew out all fuel lines. Ohm'd out solenoid and safety switches. I'm lost. Maybe injectors? It is hard to start. Plugs? I don't see how it would be oil sensor. Appreciate the feedback

@@streamoutdoors5462 dont forget to blow from the filter towards the gas tank. My grew some really bad black algae and plugged the line so it wouldn't run

I saw in another video you had you put a new hydraulic control valve and a new pump on it. Where did you order those and what are the part numbers if you have a chance

I saw in your comments that you changed the pump? How bad was this to pull out?

i own a b2100hstd, same tractor. the pump is on right hand side while sitting on tractor. its held in place by two bolts. its just a matter of removing the large rubber line leading to the pump, and removing/droping the fuel filter bracket, two bolts...drop that down out of the way. once the filter is out of the way, remove the two pump bolts, one is way back behind the pump, it's a pain to get too with a socket..but can be done. both bolts are 12mm. on top of the pump ( least mine anyway ) there is a block holding the lines to the top of pump, remove these two bolts, then the pump will slide right out. no need to remove the two hard lines, leave them alone.
