Please make videos on how to check i20 GEAR OIL level in 1.2 petrol manual transmission. Engine oil is very common but still no videos on gear oil.

I also wannted to know about this.. Bcoz there's a no any markings or nothing.. .. My machanic just put whenever tank full he remove the flask... Extra oil drop in my bottle and he put almost 2.2. Lr oil.. But Hyundai recommend 1.9 litre... But shop owner who sold me that gear oil.. He also told me take 2.5 lite.. Its okey to be

Thank you very much for the information , for your information only today i could save almost Rs 5000 . I too have an 2017 elite i20 and facing same slave cylinder issue , reached service centre for the same . Their the service advisor directly quoted the price of Rs 5800 ( changing whole slave cylinder) , i too was shocked from their words because everyone almost there knows that there is a child part for that which would cost less but they push customer to spend more . Then i talked to the service advisor regarding same and i told that i would give him some tips for it , than only he had provided that child part to me . I spend Rs 1000 ( including tip to the service advisor) , now I don’t understand why this service advisor are doing like this , today i knew what to change in slave cylinder but not everyone knows it, so if somebody doesn’t know they will end up spending huge amount.

The problem with the Hyundai I20 car is its fragile master clutch cyllinder and slave cyllinder..the clutch cyllinder is made of plastic and often broken down due to pressure on clutch pedal continuously..I wonder why Hyundai,who are so famous for customer service make clutch cyllinder and slave cylinder so weak and fragile..please give wide publicity to compel Hyundai to henceforth make sturdy parts..👍👍👍
