I am amazed! Whenever I have worked with Contac Cement you get one chance and one only. If it even gets near the other piece it grabs and sticks with no 'pulling into place allowed'. Given twenty minutes it is a total bitch to get off foam without destroying it. You impress me again! Back to my Guinness (E.S. of course)!!

Hahah I’m too impatient to wait long enough for it to do that. Probably should’ve mentioned that lol oops

PS: as you probably know "Goo Begone" will clean up any excess glue (within reason) or spots on the finished surface.

Hi mate…did you use high quality stainless steel staples? Or did miss you saying that? Get back onto the big boat. I want to see her finished🎉
@Micington2 ай бұрын
Hey man! Yes I used 316 stainless staples or at the minimum 304stainless. I’m trying hard to work on it. I been working away from home this entire year so far.

Nice work! Those seat covers aren't hard, they're just a PIA. You need patience and strong hands..... cheers!

$500 for aa cover?! i thought it was a whole new seat

That would’ve been nice. Haha I looked around for second hand seats but no luck. Bit of work putting it on. I would’ve glued less places if I did it again.
