One doubt sir both bearing give continue supply oil so why hydrodynamic is produce eccentricity

Hydrostatic is supply with the help of pressure so no eccentricity required in hydrostatic But in hydrodynamic oil is not supply by pressurised pump so just a pressure difference is not enough to minimise that eccentricity that's why eccentricity is present in hydrodynamic bearing
