Sir here is a point that like a covalent bond hydrogen bond is directional.??? I can't understand it plz help me.

Covalent bond is always directional like methane having tetrahedral geometry with 109.5° angles. While if we talk about ionic bond like NaCl there is no any bond angle..such compounds have lattice which can be explained on the basis of unit cells
