There's a firm and xfirm version out there. Maybe those are better for downhill as these xxfirm are supposedly around 88a. So the gummy inner cores are for hard edging? It is supposed to be able to bend and compress the wheel for more grip? Fascinatng stuff

We tried all of them , my former student Romane Favia won the World Inline Champion ship both in Time Trial and Cross . She also complains that the minute you wear them a bit ,they just slide too much . The Rolling and Speed is amazing though .

So would the wheels suck for a marathon once you wear them down a bit? I am training to do a marathon next year. Is it good practice to put on brand new wheels before the race, or should they have minimum wear? Did you test how they performed in the rain?

They grip very well in the rain , than it depends allot on your level , how much you will wear them ,and how deep are your edges ,how much grip you really need etc

Thx , didnt skate enough to tell . I am back to the normal Hydrogen . As the MPC is to dangerous for downhill .

The regular Hydrogens are amazing, and i find them in a reasonable price 👍

@@natanlakonishok I also think the supreme wheels are pretty good. The only wheels from rollerblade I find to be terrible are the cruiser wheels. They are super sluggish and have no rebound. Says 85a but feels like an 80a.

I cant tell you exactly , as i didnt invest in studying this wheel too much . Because for my type of skating is useless .
