Ok! I'm inspired! I want salad greens during the winter so I don't have to go out and shovel my car out. Can you tell us which pump you used in the video and whether you had to buy one for each container? Also, please link to the nutrients you recommend with a second option in case they are not available (I'm in The Great White North) Thank you so much Mike :)
@KeepOnGrowin
@KeepOnGrowin 2 жыл бұрын
Hey Kate, here is the nutrients: amzn.to/3H9chMy The pump depends on the size, you need a larger one and a manifold to feed several containers.

Just got my 2 downspout planters and am now growing some fall microgreens to get started in the planters a couple of weeks. I'm so excited !!! I just have a question, Mike. If I don't use all the 5 gallons of nutrient liquid, can I store what's left? By the way: I was doing some Dollar Store shopping and happened to notice those cup-shaped ashtrays with a cover that has a hole in the top where you would drop your cigarette butt into. They are heavy plastic and completely opaque. I figured they'd work as planters also, so I got a couple. We'll see!
