I understand why JB is stuck, the type of music he likes sounds more like mellow soulful r&b ( basing this off of the songs he was listening to for inspiration ) but once he plays the song that he thinks jyp would like you can tell the difference, he's having trouble producing a song that will sell not a song that he likes and would listen to. I don't listen to his group and have no prior knowledge of what he likes I'm just observing, but I kinda feel bad for the kid. He's just trying to please the majority and suppressing what he would like to make. Respect to JB for having to deal with shit like that.

I think the same too. But JYP has his point. He just simply pointed it out that you have to somehow balance your own taste and also the listeners. I think it is the hardest part of being a musician. Able to deliver what you want to say to the audience is really important.

This show is actually so inspiring wow. Originally came for Hwasa and Loco, stayed for JB, but fell in love with Jong Seo and Taewon. The latter are true masters of their craft and it was so beautiful watching the younger ones really take their words to heart and treat them with the respect due to them as veterans and greats in the industry. Fighting!

Hwasa and Loco were so cute together, and I really like their positive energy. Just watching them makes you smile and be happy. I felt sorry for JB and the fact that he's in an agency that doesn't foster individual creativity. All of the 3 songs that he presented were fine but JYP barely listened to them. Just think about what JB could accomplish if he was supported more or with another agency.

What's great about this show is the progress it's made since the pilot episode. Getting artist from various genres & showing the producing aspect is really something fans don't get to see much of. AOMG has been involved since pilot so it didn't surprise me to see Loco on here again. I like how it's helping to break down negative SK norms that idols can't produce music but also helping to create collabs we never would've gotten.
