I love Hyuna because I always wondered about her exercises, but now I'm relieved and grateful that she posted this. I also love the instructor because she keeps being positive and telling Hyuna to stay healthy and eat and not starve, and also when she said "I can see your abs, not because you gained weight" I love that type of encouragement and I think it should be looked more upon. Exercising is about taking care of yourself and your body and abs are just a bonus that comes along with it.
