fluoride is good in toothpaste, it keeps your teeth's enamel strong. the myth that it's damaging comes from fluoride poisoning that leads to several health problems (or even death) but in order to get poisoned you need to EAT several tubes of toothpaste, which you're not doing anyway, cause you're supposed to spit it after you brush

If ur using body washes and soaps and lotions, I’d recommend u look into what phthalates and parabens are, they are a lot of studies showing how they damage the endocrine system, damage hormones and are linked to giving men low T levels, also quick tip, if u chew gum regularly always go for sugar free so u can avoid teeth deterioration and cavities

So for me, I use Men’s Dove +Care deodorant ( My arms appreciate me for that), I was using TheraBreath mouthwash as well but as of yesterday my mother-in-law runs an all natural store so wifey got us some all natural mouthwash(BANGER!). Now for the toothpaste I normally use Crest or Colgate but again wifey brought us some all natural toothpaste. Body wash/Soap I use anything organic or all natural(black soap, African soap, plant based etc). Toothbrush; anything with a spin head; not particular brand. Lotion I’m rocking with Nivea Men and facial products, I use Shea Moisture men. I support black owned products. I appreciate the video bro. Keep it up G!

I use duke cannon bar soap simply because it lasts longer and is waaaay better than Irish spring and as for body wash I use native or every man jack and they both do the job, but remember wash those main parts twice and you will not have no smell. I never used method so it may be worth it to give it a try and as for the native deodorant? It is good I highly recommend especially if your sweat heavy, the more you put on the more it fights and you will have zero bad smell by the end of the day. The only 2 downsides to that deodorant is 1. The price is high for one bottle 2. I haven’t found a good balance of how much to put on so it will stain. If anybody have any tips definitely lmk

Fluoride is very important in toothpaste, that’s recommended from my dentist, floss needed and mouth wash is just for fancies. 😊 avoid whitening toothpaste can make teeths weaker. Recommend to see your dentist
