I consider this as an introduction. You should create another one that is longer and more comprehensive, showing for each of the following points the accessories and actions to be performed: 1 - Take a shower properly. With a sponge and shower gel 2 - Brush teeth thoroughly. A good brushing lasts at least 3 minutes with toothpaste and a toothbrush.
