Thank you for playing Fanny Crosby's music. I have a special connection with her life in several ways. First, my father was totally blind since an accident when he was just a toddler and he was a musician. And my mother grew up in the church in Bridgeport, Connecticut where Fanny attended in her last years, Memorial Baptist Church. And Fanny is also buried in Bridgeport, CT, where my mother and I were both born. And as our church pianist, I helped our church celebrate her birthday every year by playing and singing several of her songs and reading a short biography of her life. So, it's a special pleasure for me to listen to your wonderful medley of her music. Thank you so much❤️

Mr and Mrs Raynes thank you so much for the music, played from your home and your hearts. Hymns connected with me. I know so many of the songs well and am so blessed to hear them. As you may often hear, Wall songs that are little more than Christian pop are mostly what we sing. They've not been refined and treasured by Christians for years. They focus mostly on the gospel, that's good, but the rest of the NT and OT are neglected. I thank Almighty God for you and music.

Sunday morning, not being able to worship with church family because of Covic. My church is over and I was just missing good music, which is no present in our chuch anymore. 3 guitars, drums, two singers never singing hymns. Thank you for playing dear Fanny Crosby’s songs. So wonderful being able to listen to these marvelous enduring hymns performed by your tremendous talent! Last night I replayed #23 and your 1st Fanny Crosby videos to help me through a very bad painful Chemo drug reaction and it helped me endure until I could finally lay down and sleep afterward. Tonight i found this 2nd video and am so thankful for God's comforting and healing and your sweet musical testimony to His faithfulness. Thank you more than I can possibly convey.

@@suereed3847 Thank you Sue. Yes, have felt God's Hands through each day and night, giving comfort and encouragement to me. So many prayers have been said on my behalf and He has answered every one of them. Have had the 2nd of 4 Chemo treatments by now, with one more reaction that lasted 5 days: very sore muscles ... but NONE of the stabbing deep bone marrow pains that accompanied the deep muscle main! Will have the 3rd Chemo next Wednesday (19th). "One day at a time, sweet Jesus.." Thank you so much for your prayer offering on my behalf. He heard.

Hi Stephen, welcome home! These hymns were written for two simple purposes; for God's people to praise and worship Him, and for sinners to hear of Jesus and come to faith in Him. You've got the second, now you can work on the first. May I suggest that you get around second-hand bookshops and scour up all the old hymnbooks you can find and learn the words of these glorious hymns and songs. These wonderful melodies that Natalie plays so beautifully are the 'scaffold' for Bible-rich words, that will bless your heart.

I so enjoy listening as you play verse after verse of songs that have spanned decades with word of hope, strength and affirmation of the Lord who is so entwined in the days of our lives. Thank you for playing Fanny Crosby. God really inspired her in writing those hymns all those years ago. What a pity those heartfelt words are sung less and less in worship. Near th e Cross -Phoebe Knapp composed Blessed Assurance - JRSweeney composed Tell me the story of Jesus - WJKirkpatrick composed He Hideth my Soul - Robert Lowry composed All the Way - this a very small sample - these tunes are lovely as are the words of Fanny - most people would recognise the tune first and associate with the words - I'm not trying to 'downplay' the words but trying to stress the importance of all the composers concerned and their contribution to the Fanny Crosby story
