Hey, actually riding on public roads! Great presentation guys. Camera work was very clever especially on the riding sequence.

I think the 125 looks awesome but that 250 is stunning. i prefer the 250. its faster and if you need the extra bit of power then its there as long as you have done your test

Hi guys, where can i buy a Hyosung GT 125 R here in Germany? It is really difficult because "everyone" only wants to drive Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha etc. There isn't a chance to buy one through yourselves, right? Best regards

Hi was just wondering what the reliability of the hyosung gt125r is like, thinking of buying it for my first bike after cbt.
@motorsforthemasses5 жыл бұрын
Hi, they are good now. Years ago not so great...but much improved, great handling, great feel, great looking...even though they are not doing a Euro 4 EFI model for some daft reason.

Thanks for the quick response, and do you think it would be a good first motorcycle? - (I have no previous experience at all)
@motorsforthemasses5 жыл бұрын
@@ethandavis8565 They are large. If you are 5ft 10 and above, you should be fine, under that, a struggle as tank big to stretch over. Pretty heavy bike for a 125 (166kg), most are around 110-130 kg. Any bike is good, but needs a bit of time to get used to. I suggest you sit on one at least before you buy.

Thanks for the advice, I’m about 6ft 1 which is why I’m considering the hyosung, and of course because it looks great.

Right, I'm 5"7 (When I have riding boots more like 5"8 ;) ) and I'm looking at getting a GT125R in a months time, you said it might be uncomfortable for someone below 5"10, as in, unrideable and unsafe, or do you just mean your bellys poking the petrol tank? (I'm 9 stone so I'm not sure we have the same issues)
@motorsforthemasses5 жыл бұрын
You may find it a stretch over the tank, especially when manoeuvring it manually.

It would prbably be a better comparison to use the same style bike when conparing engines. Like the gt125r vs a gt250r. The gt and gd are 2 very different designs.

I had a 125 and its was great fun and nice to ride, if you want a 125cc get one of these, sounds nice being a Vtwin and even better with a blue flame exhaust system. As this is what was on mine. go down and have a look at AR motorcycles and see for yourself.

it's odd that the 250 is a single and a smaller tank.

Hyosung make a 50cc moped which is even bigger than the 125 -no no don't be silly or are they? :-)
@Mybwain4 жыл бұрын
Yamasaki make a 50 that is huge. The engine looks like a grain of rice in the Albert Hall. It's also quite noisy and being a 50 makes it ridiculous to see on the road only crawling along.
