Did you know? In earlier drafts, I wanted to include around 05:21 a panel of Goku giving a Senzu Bean to Moro (as in the Manga) to further justify Vegito's motivation against Goku's recklessness. But that was left out because it'd have meant two things: 1) Vegeta would have had Forced Spirit Fission, which would mean he could cancel out fusions. 2) Goku would have Mastered Ultra Instinct, which contradicts [What-If] #12, where he couldn't access Ultra Instinct anymore, and instead fused into Gogeta to defeat Jiren. Thus, this means that this Gogeta is after Broly but before the Moro Arc! Cheers! 🍻

Honestly, I say both outweigh each other's issues. Vegito has longer but screws around more, and Gogeta has less time, but puts everything into it, making sure he finishes the fight. If they were combined, it truly would be the perfect warrior

The only reason he didn't instantly kill Buu was because he had no intent on killing his own friends, and he had plans to free them (not to mention that it's very unlikely that killing Gohan Buu will remove the absorptions). Gogeta's not more effective, he just has more manageable opponents.

Also Cell did absorb the Androids (I counted this because u counted Super Buu aborbing others). Piccolo fused with Nail and Kami (So did the Universe 6 Namekians) Aniraza was a fusion of those robots. Don't forget Buu fused with the two Kais back when he was still Kid Buu to form the current (fat) Buu. Manga Only: The Super Namekian that got one-shot by Moro. Moro fused/absorbed seven-three. So yeah... there are a LOT of Fusion/Absorption in DB.

What people mostly imply when they make a char that has ssj4 vs a char that has godly forms is that the char that has ssj4 has superior power level than the char that has ssjg-ssjb therefore making him stronger than the ssjg char in the transformations to ssj-ssj3 dont get me wrong not that i dont like it or anything like that after all ssj4 is my second favorite transformation but they just imply that the ssj4 char has higher base power than the ssjg char to be able to match his form with a form that is weaker than ssjg

And ssj4 didnt "force" goku into that godly state atleast not blue. Goku used it on his own, unless i have a raisin brain and need to watch it again. even if he did force him to use it ssj4 made smarter plays and ssjb just couldn't last long enough. the entire point that most people including me will give you once again, is ssj4 is weaker with a whole lotta stamina. its a sturdier form with little ki drain. blue is a less sturdier form with ki drain and that means not only can GT goku knock super goku out of blue if he tried but super goku wouldn't have any energy left even if he hadn't used that hakai.

Not too many people remember that SSJ4 has the ability to absorb energy and keep that energy as a power amp. Idk if it was included but SSJ4 also has a limited degree of Reactive Evolution as attacks that the form faces will be less effective the following times it's used

That’s why the xenos are seen as over the GT and Super versions of goku and vegeta (plus xeno goku’s ssj4 is so strong that he’s kinda restricted to not be able to even transform into it in normal timelines)

Watching these vids kind of makes me wish Dragon Ball would explore more aspects of Ki Manipulation. Like techniques in DB function, fundamentally, the same. They either enhance your strength, cause damage, or protects you. There isn't a fundamental difference between the Galick Gun and the Kamehameha. I don't have much issue with that but I feel this sort of established the potential that Ki in verse is capable of. This is kind of why I like Gotenks so much. His techniques were so much different compared to what was established. A binding Ki attack (Galactic Donut) a delayed detonating Ki Attack (Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack) or a sealing Ki Attack (Charging Ultra Buu Buu Volleyball). I just wish DB would do more with those concepts. Not to mention the Ki Blade. For a while the ONLY person showed to be able to do that was Vegito (and Salza for some reason but not canon) until Goku Black, Zamasu and Merged Zamasu showed up. Like this animation utilized the use of force fields, telekinetic fields, I mean for god's sake Gogeta made a KI MAFUBA JAR to do the technique. Things like this make the Dragon Ball verse so fun.
