In the vid you ask about the illumination on the bandits appearing to be slow. Your camera is likely filming at 60 frames per second and this appears to make the digi displays pulse which they are doing. They're not continually lit but flashing. Your camera phone catches it. Our eyes can't see at that rate of frames.

To Do with frames per second your recording at, the a cool video on KZbin that shows a helicopter taking off but due to the fps that it was recording at the blades are stationary. I really enjoy your videos Hyper helps me gamble less 👍
