Something seriously needs to be done about the state of the pub fruit machine game. There's no way these companies should be getting away with siting all this obviously bent nonsense in our pubs, where people are likely to be having a few drinks and possibly not using their best judgement. It's fucking sick really.

I do not, in any way or form, trust any of the TV screen machines that are replacing the usual machines. The locals around mine are saturated with IPubs - and they are beyond lethal. Bout 6 months ago, after spawning around £700 from £20 in one of the arcades in Weston Super Mare, I played an Ipub. Captain's Booty twas the game, £100 in for nothing, £200, £300 and £400 followed with still very little coming out. The following £200 - £600 in total - and lost the lot. These machines are beyond dangerous imo-can cause pissed up punters to blow the month's wages...never ever again...

The reason you lost £300 so quick is because you played 2 different games. The first £160 you lost in Magic 10 which was a £70 jackpot. Then 5 mins later you went on barX7 which was £100 jackpot. So you lost roughly half in each so now both have £150 in them
