Extremely. Albanians are extremely protective of their sister. You might get away cursing a mother or even a wife but you will not get away if you speak shit of a sister. That's the highest insult there is. But than Albanian sisters are extremely protective of their brothers too all through the history you have sisters fighting and revenging for their brothers. It's a very unique culture in this account. Think about this it's a common root for IE languages to spell Mother similarly yet remove the H aka Moter that's sister in Albanian which the name itself tells you a sister is venerated as Mother status
