Gunblade is great for healing Kog if you don't have harmacist or anything. But I think Rabadons would probably give you more damage than a nashors as a BIS 3rd item. I think he casts too fast for AS to be effective, Rabadons +dmg% is veryniiice

is not just because of ghost, but is because illaoi have archanist to match up neeko so you got more ap for your team (for kog), if you take ash without porcelain is just useless
