Beautiful, one of the very few scientific / medically accurate videos with guidance on this issue. Greatly appreciated!

My lower back has been hurting for 2 years I'm 27 mind you and I work in the warehouse moving toilets and cast iron tubs everyone in a while. Hyper extensions for a week now. I haven't had back pain in over a week. I can literally cry about how haply I am these hyper extension exterisizes actually help. I thought I had. Aspinal injury or something. Will continue to work out.

Do you mean the hyperextensions he shows in this video at the end or those on a hyper bench?

Honestly you could have a spinal injury regardless. Lots of evidence fixing the posture gets rid of symptoms even if your shits fucked up.

Okay, I don't want to get too much hope on this but I think I just found the reason of my lower back pain, for 1 year I've had pain in my pelvic/lower back area and especially when I was doing extension, I had physical therapists telling me to do forced flexions on a chair following the mackenzie method, but it hasn't changed anything and after 1 day of doing your exercices I feel much less tension and pain, I hope that's it!

I suddenly started feeling severe lower back pain when trying to stand completely straight. The pain worsens the more I bend backward, improving from slouching forward. The pain is also much worse when lifting or standing from sitting. I feel almost zero back pain when sitting or laying down. The pain is very sharp and concentrated on my lower spine between my pelvic bones. I know rest is important however I also know not enough activity also weakens the supporting muscles. What do you think is causing my lower back pain? Does this sound more like muscle/tendon/ligament strain or disc related? What can I do to help it heal? What stretches or exercises help the most?

Oh man I always thought there was an arch in your lower back for a reason. Guess I’m just a big dummy.
