Happy new year 2023! I am also a happy owner of a First 260 (25.7s), sailing in the spanish Medierranean. There's a couple questions for you: when sailing upwind, it seems your boom is not centered, but at maybe 20º... is this because you're saling at close reach and not close hauled? Second question: what is the brand and model of the display on your mast? Gracias y buena proa! (thanks and "good bow!" - wishing you fair winds in spanish) ;)

Hello! It was blowing 15+ knots, so the traveler was down to help keep the boat flat. Normally upwind it would be up to center the boom as you note. The display is a RaceGeek D10. I great device but sadly the company did not survive the pandemic. Good sailing to you, you have a great location!
