This is top tier content, but just sayin, the existing ending *is* the good ending. The whole game is about conquering the fear of death - the Immortal Cell represents the quest for immortality, while Judgement reflects the fact that this quest is inherently corrupt, misguided, and rooted in irrational terror. The Drifter is doomed from the start (like all of us) but keeps hope and continues fighting, facing death and saving the world. Anubis gives him one final glimpse of the good he's achieved, and he dies peacefully with his little robot buddy by his side. We're all gonna die, including our civilizations, but we have the option to face this with courage and live good lives regardless.
