Hyper Scape - Season 2 Christmas Event Team Deathmatch

Now THIS video is a gem! Before season 3 fully streamlined the team deathmatch experience, it used to look like this;
-No fully fused weapon and hack pickups
-No center bridge in Gardens
-Overpowered Harpy abuse (I'm guilty I know)
-Simplified TDM UI
Crazy right? Well on top of the old school nature of this TDM video, I also happened to record it during the Christmas event!! The Christmas event was the only time in the history of Hyper Scape where the TDM maps could be played at a different time of day other than noon (also snow!). So bam. Double crazy.
Other than the unique presentation though this is just a standard TDM gameplay for me. Lots of Finals and Rogue Company spam coming up. Hope you guys enjoy!

Damn, Winter Event combined with Epic release - my best time with Hyper Scape. I had long vacation and played this game all day long. Loved that subtle "christmassy" ambient in the background (you can hear that when map is loading).

as much as I'd like it back it's just super unlikely with the BR trend being gone (and Ubisoft just being a scummy studio). if you're looking for an alternative though I think The Finals is BRILLIANT. or Bloodhunt, most hyper scape players went to bloodhunt

Mostly due to the countless issues at launch and how directionless Ubisoft was with it. They really had no idea what they wanted it to be

Mid season 2 (when this was filmed) there were some weird server issues causing lag spikes in all regions but they fixed them for season 3. of course there are no servers anymore, so you cannot connect these days

Apex is trash compared to hyperscape, even now playing both to me apex looks like it has more aim assist on console, not to mention playing apex on console is boring bc u can’t do the movement tech on console
