Hyper Scrouge is fanmade, he only has a super form. The only characters that can go hyper (originally) were Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails but sadly hyper forms are "noncanon" yet the events of Sonic 3 & Knuckles are canon. Gotta love Sega 😅

Sega is afraid to do anything else besides Sonic and occasional Shadow. Fans are in need of a Silver game. They have the potential too because look at how well The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog did, it's different from the usual games but turned out to be the best "April's Fool Joke" game

Well full power selkadoom was able to hold his own against hyper sonic for a while and apex selkadoom(super form) seemed to fight on equal footing and slowly seemed to overpower hyper sonic and was only defeated by knuckles canceling the chaos energy and took a full power blast from hyper sonic right after losing his form (base selkadoom) only being knocked out Supreme selkadoom a hyper form take so and since he's technically a sonic shadow fusion he would basically be on par or equal to shadic in every way Perfect nazo as we know fought shadic on equal footing only until he got tired and went hyper nazo( when his rings go black) and seemed to overpower shadic in the final stand till he got jumped by tails and knuckles giving shadic enough time to make his attack stronger and both tanked and survived looking absolutely unscaved (even he was surprised responding with, Nazo: what?! Im still alive? Those emeralds were more useful than I thought damn. Well i guess ill just have to try and destroy the earth again.) The reason that was important is it shows that nazos power at that moment was technically higher than shadic plus his healing was probably boosted to since he got kicked by full power super sonic whos kick both lit up the plant and blew a chunk of it off he took that kick in base from and he fully healed in 3 seconds good as new, only losing when shadic went beyond hyper draining his energy and blasting him in base plus hes made of negative chaos energy. In a fight nazo wins more than selkadoom if in base selkadoom scrapes more wins and holds a big edge bodying both super sonic and shadow and even holding his own against hyper sonic while nazo got clapped by the same duo but the moment nazo goes perfect or hyper he takes the dub
