I been using the older HT set I got brushed , Impact, Drill, SawZaw, Flashlight for years now I paid $20 for the whole set which included 2 batteries and1 charger. its satatified my needs. and the batteries also work on my leaf blower. if it hadn't been such a good deal to begin with I might of went with a differnt brand. I recently got a 3/8 Electric power ratchet, it went by several differnt brands on amazon, that it all looked alike and likely came out of the same factory in china. I almost got the HT 12v one. but ended up with a deal I found on amazon for some other brand with 2 batteries 2 AHr and included some sockets and ext. for about the same price of the HT one with 1 battery. well see how long it last. I use them tools mostly for Small Engine Repair and around the house DIY stuff. good vid here and testing out this.

Great video! Here in eastern Canada, our Walmart carries 3 or 4 Hyper Tough cordless tool and im pretty sure they're all brushed. I can't even order a brushless version on the app. I guess I'll have to keep watching your videos to see what im missing out on lol 😆 Keep up the great work 👍

Thanks so much. I am guessing in time those brushless products will make it there. Do they carry Hart products?
@wildbill23c2 күн бұрын
You should try the Hart Brand and see what the difference is between Walmart's 2 house brands. Hyper Tough and Hart. I have a few different platforms, they all perform pretty similar in DIY projects, its just nice having different platforms so you can buy whatever tool you need in whatever brand happens to be on sale at the time LOL.

I'll def do some Hart in the future. Unfortunately, Hart is a little overpriced so I don't get them as much.

I’d love to see how the Hyper Tough Brushless sawzall competes against others in its price range, apparently it’s 3,200 spm, but I doubt it has more than 7/8ths stroke length
@zacksintheshop2 күн бұрын
Will do. I see that it has a 1 inch stroke length which is kind of ehh, but maybe I can do it vs. Skil, Ryobi and or Bauer/Hercules.

Does this HT hamma holds a 1/2" bit, or only 3/8"?
@zacksintheshop2 күн бұрын
1/2”

I wonder how the bauer would do with the 4 or 6 amp battery.
@zacksintheshop2 күн бұрын
I’ll probably do a short video on that.

Also, dewalt batterys will fit the bauer tools if you cut a little tab on the bauer
@zacksintheshop3 сағат бұрын
But do they work?
@ModernSurvivalSense2 күн бұрын
13:00 you didn't mention you swapped the Hypertough's 1.5ah battery for a 4ah battery while keeping the 1.5ah battery on the Bauer. 🤣
@zacksintheshop2 күн бұрын
I didn’t mention it because when I test the HyperTough it performs the same with both. I was thinking ,”If I mention this folks will say it’s not fair, it’s a KZbin lie!”

On your tool give away make sure you send me hyper tough hammer drill through the mail. Do a high test on gear speed 2 Clutch 21 on hammer mold with Construction screws in hardwood❤
@PDillz2 күн бұрын
Dang that hyper tough drill actually looks pretty good. I really like how it looks. I can't complain too much with the price that you're getting it for I guess. I'm still not buying it
@edwardoavila76662 күн бұрын
that hypertough should be a 12v with those numvers
@zacksintheshop2 күн бұрын
The M12 fuel drill would have destroyed this thing
@edwardoavila76662 күн бұрын
@ true. Plus on the second hand market you could find M12 stuff for not much more than the Walmart brand

Let's be honest. Every time I do something craft or wrench the rc, I always get wound. My hobby is a little bloody sometimes

Compared to all of the other new Hyper Tough brushless power tools, this one is mildly disappointing. I say mildly because it's compact size is still a plus, but, IMO they should have also released a new full sized model as well.
@zacksintheshop3 күн бұрын
I agree completely. It performs like a compact but it’s supposed to be the flagship. Although, for $45 it’s still better than it should be.
