Not sure what the first ten minutes were because I was just needing to know how to put in the pieces but bravo! Very informative! I have it saved now for future use. It’s funny too because I priced the name brand… and for less than a Dremel unit alone… (and the name brand has slightly less ampage) I was able to get this and the same kit you got! Saved like 48 dollars by using this brand and got way more accessories. Thanks for the video

Not sure why you felt the need to comment regarding your unsureness, but this is very standard of an unboxing/review type of video. Believe it or not, he did NOT make this video just for your needs :) Just thank the man for doing god’s work and move on without the negativity.

I love this tool. I found this deal. I have a corded dremil tool that I bought at a fee market. Turned out it had almost no accessories. So I started solving one problem after another with it. I did find that the little sand paper slip on..I don't know what to call them..were too loose. Thinking of putting a very light coat of Tom Dick and Harry's sealant..which I love..on one of my rubber bits and a light manual sanding..then put the little sandpaper role on it. I think it will work. As it is they come of quick. I probably would be better just to take some of the sealer and put a little on the inside of the sandpaper disk and let it dry.. Anyways the rolls did not fit tightly. So I went to the sanding bit. Fixed my deadbolt lock holder in a minute. So yes..the sandpaper rolls don't fit the bits.

There is a screw on the end that you have to tighten after you get the sanding sleeve on. The rubber expands and holds it on.

Very nice video. Your right under $20.00 is a good deal. Im going to try to make homemade dishing lures. You showed me that low rpm is enough for wood. Thank you and God Bless 🙏

Does the dremel flex shaft fit the hyper tough?
@marcosmakingthings24844 жыл бұрын
I havent tried but I will give it a shot and let you know!
@kenh7334 жыл бұрын
@@marcosmakingthings2484 I just got the flex shaft and tried it on the hyper tough, the little fitting with the square hole will not fit the hyper tough because the threads are larger on the hyper tough, but there is a work around and I have been using the dremel flex shaft with it, you just have to fit it into the collet and tighten it down, just like you would insert a bit, I have been using it like this for a while and no problems, so the bigger outside plastic will screw onto it just fine, seems the threads are the same, but the metal collet is larger than the Dremel brand, it will however fit perfect on my Black & Decker RTX, its just the little metal piece that comes with the flexshaft wont fit the Hyper tough. The Hyper tough seems to have plenty of power and works fine with a Kutzall extreme burr, I am using an old sewing machine variable speed foot switch from an old 70s sewing machine and works perfect, I put the speed on full speed on the rotary tool and use the foot switch, you just need to know how to wire it up, but the variable part works fine and nothing gets hot.

I like the sound! I'm wondering if I could expand the inside of a bicycle hub with one of those.

I am not a 💯% sure, but what I have seen is a little tool with a lot of power. I would make sure to wear eye protection. It also comes with a miniature wire sanding brush.. it's about a half inch wide and 1/8" wide. I don't know if that is to big..but I would assume they have smaller diameters.

I'm sure it's out of warranty..but maybe the factory can help you. It would totally be up to the manufacturer.

Has this tool shot bits out at you or had them fall out while you are using it? I have one and have dodged bits. Then I have had it let wood bits slide out. I have a battery dremel like you. I used half the power tightening the cordless ones bits in. I am curious to see a long term video from you about it. I know I can not get the flex shaft to bolt on it.
@marcosmakingthings24845 жыл бұрын
I've had the bits come out a few times. Careful not to overtighten the lock

There is nowhere in the instructions as to what collet goes with what tool. I have gone through every tool and tried just about every possible combination and it really isn’t that obvious! So, I’m just guessing at this point! Any suggestions or charts available? Anyone Thank you!

This tool was a piece of shit, didn't even come with a manual. Which is how I came across this video. Trying to figure out how to lock in the attachments which would never lock in. Completely useless, I threw it away!!
