HYPERACK - How to install a Boltless Rack with 1 person less than 6mins

Just finished installing the 2100 x 1500 x 600 and a 2100 x 1500 x600. A rubber mallet is a MUST. Impossible to assemble without one. I would say a two man job to hold one end each. Some butterfly joints are easy to hammer in, others require a lot of strength to get it to lock into place. Overall, not a difficult installation but budget a lot more time and be prepared to swing that mallet like you just don't care.

I just bought 4 tier 120cm (L) from Shopee, free shipping and fast delivery using The Lorry. My mom uses this rack too and she owns quite a number. I wonder how many side holes for each tier? Or it's totally up to the user? I'm not used to this product.

It's not as simple as this video to install it. I got the double hook which is not properly fitted the hole. Once i hammered it, the upper and lower hook can't easily installed.

This is not as easy as it show on the video. The butterfly pin is kinda hard to slot in, some more when I done 1 side, another side distach. Besides that, when I reinstall the lower part and the upper part distach, fell off and knock my hand, luckily not my head because is kinda pain. The manual also not showing clearly like what ikea manual do. It seem like most people here also not getting settle their problem, regret buying this and will go back for ikea.

Not possible to get this done in 6 mins for normal me and you. Man!! It took me almost 40mins to get one side done and another 20mins to get the other side done. And I’ve tried in the last 30 mins to get the long beam attached and I’ve given up as I couldn’t even get one fitted. And while doing it one side fell on my head! The butterfly bolt is too short to get fitted right easily. Urgh.. frustrated.

Now I am facing problem to install it, yesterday tried half day to install it but NOT success and cause my hand pain the whole night because of using too much streght to hold the beam while knocking. This is fake news, it is so difficult to install, you need to hammer many times before it locked also the bolt seems to be too small so cannot lock fast

Hi, this is true video installed by our inhouse installer. However, the reason you may need more harder to knock in the butterfly into the upright is make sure the pins fit into the upright tightly to prevent the beam (yellow color bar) easily drop off from the upright. Sorry if bring any inconvenient caused to you.
