Clancy himself is not that OP ( you can play moe and kenji everywhere, you can't do that with clancy ), he is just strong because he counters agro brawlers really well.

I feel like instead of making the hypercharge turret shoot twice every 3 seconds, they need to make shoot once every 1.5 so the fire is more spread out. The turret currently looks like it's only good for damaging the safe. They could also change one of the star powers to make shots fly faster and for the fire to do more damage.
