Whoever composed this, and the people who played, and the one who sung it, it really sounds great. The first time I heard this playing Neptunia U, my first thought was "Is this really a Neptunia song?" Because seriously, you'd think it would come from an Action/Fantasy anime (Which is Neptunia also in general, but you get what I mean.)

Nexus World Productions I used Adobe After Effect CC with Audio Spectrum effect for the circle thingy, CC World Particle for the raining blue orb and set the glow on the eyes/bodies to react to the audio via methods too complicated to describe. I also used photoshop to enhance the lighting on the eyes and parts that I want the glow to react to.

Actually, on that note, I'd like to make a comment. Maybe it's commonplace knowledge among the fandom nowadays, but there's major speculation and theories as to why Neptune becomes so serious in her HDD form. One of the most agreed upon is that, in actuality, Neptune is the most serious and sensible of the CPUs, despite what her human form displays. The reasoning behind this theory is that the CPUs, in HDD form, either A) have one of their emotional aspects intensified or B) awaken a hidden personality. If it was A, then HDD Neptune would be even more of an airhead than human form. But she's not. So Neptune might actually be the most level-headed, sensible and smartest of all the CPUs.

I just took it as before Neptune lost her memory she was always like that and losing her memory caused her to have a personality change which is why there is such a difference in forms and her HDD form didn't have a personality change
