Mk2 and up drop the concept when they reboot the series, that's why there's no mention of Celestia or this game as it was the original a standalone. It's not about inconsistency but people who enter the series should know this and the spin-off games are separated from the main series, all four games

Yeah... the first Hyperdimension doesn't count in the actual canon in the series. To make you clear, Neptunia series has different dimension: Re;Birth 1: Superdimension Re;Birth 2, Re;Birth 3, Megadimension VII: Hyperdimension (Also the Megadimension VII game features 2 new dimensions: Heart Dimension and Zero Dimension) Re;Birth 3 also have a new dimension. The Ultradimension The spinoffs have different dimensions BUT ActionU which is in the Superdimension (The dimension of the first game) But Noire's, Blanc's and the future Vert's game are in different dimensions. The Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls are also in a different dimension.

2015 was the year when I got "infected" with the "Nep-Nep" fever, starting to play this game along with the Ps3 game, the original version has overall better story, but this one is better in terms of gameplay, however they share the insane level grinding of the 80's RPGs (kinda), I got caught by the franchise because... 1.- Left 4 Dead mods, and... 2.- my curiosity got the best of me and this series become one of my favorites (in the original 5pb. was pretty much a must have DLC because of it's healing RNG shenanigans).

I've played the unre;birth. Boy do the remixes sound nice. It's so easy to tell which one is the remix. Man, I remember the first time I watched this. From what I could figure out from his other playthroughs, Twit plays with dubbed voices because he is incapable of understanding even a word of Japanese. On the note of dub vs sub, I can't stand the dub, for various reasons, one of which is how there is usually almost no emotion in their voices. And when there is, it's just shitty compared to the original Japanese voices. Not that I am totally biased towards subs in general (for anime and such), but the Neptunia dub is shit.

Nope! In these situations I just like to keep a theme. Switching would be off putting for a LP imo. And I'm very much a Dub > Subs guy! Reading subs just takes me out of a scene and I can't follow what's going on. And I have the complete opposite opinion of you on the dub (Apart from Noire), I can't listen to the Japanese without feeling put off... especially Neptune's voice... just horrid the more I hear it. The Neptunia dub is fantastic!
